Stop losing names, dates and details
as the years go by

An 8-week practical method for adults over 50 who notice everyday forgetfulness — names at gatherings, why they walked into a room, the same question asked twice. No diagnosis. Just techniques that work.

8weeks
10min/day
5practice games

Built on the spaced-recall protocol from Cepeda et al. (2008) and the memory palace technique studied by Dresler et al. (2017).

30-second memory test

How many digits can you hold?

Read the number, then type it from memory. 3 rounds.

4 7 2

A working-memory snapshot, not a diagnosis. Norms from Wechsler digit span.

If any of this sounds familiar

The everyday memory slips of midlife and beyond

These are not signs of disease. They are signs that the brain, like every other muscle after 50, needs deliberate practice. Pills won't fix it. A daily 10-minute habit can.

Forgetting names

You meet someone at a gathering, hear their name, and three seconds later it's gone. You spend the night avoiding direct address.

Walking into a room

You stand up to do something, walk to the kitchen, and have no idea why. You retrace your steps and laugh — or worry — a little more each time.

Repeating yourself

Your spouse points out — gently — that you've told this story twice this week. You don't remember telling it the first time.

Outsourcing everything to notes

Phone reminders, sticky notes, lists for the lists. Helpful — but the underlying skill keeps shrinking from disuse.

How the method works

Start in minutes, build a skill that lasts decades

01

Take the free starter

Get the 15-page cognitive health guide and your first Attention Anchor lesson — no card needed.

02

Establish a 10-minute daily rhythm

Same time, same chair, every day. Habits are how techniques become reflexes.

03

Practise one technique per week

Attention, association, memory palace, spaced review — one at a time, never overwhelming.

04

Track progress in your dashboard

Five practice games measure attention, working memory, recall and word retrieval. See yourself improve.

What you build

Six concrete skills, practised in 10 minutes a day

Sharper attention

Train the encoding step — most "forgetting" is really "never properly stored".

Stickier associations

Turn names, faces and tasks into vivid mental links that don't fade.

Personal memory palace

Build a mental route once, use it for shopping lists, talking points or pill schedules.

Faster word retrieval

End the "tip of the tongue" feeling with category fluency drills.

Measurable progress

Working memory span, recall accuracy and processing speed — all tracked on your dashboard.

No pressure, no fear

No diagnoses. No public leaderboards. Just calm, structured practice.

The science behind the method

Every technique cites the paper it comes from

We don't make claims we can't back up. Each module is built on a specific cognitive-psychology paradigm with peer-reviewed support.

📚

Spaced recall

Reviewing material at expanding intervals roughly doubles long-term retention versus massed practice.

Cepeda et al., 2008 · meta-analysis, 317 studies

🏛️

Memory palace

Method of loci training produces durable changes in brain connectivity, comparable to those seen in memory athletes.

Dresler et al., Neuron 2017

🎯

Attention & encoding

Most "forgetting" is encoding failure: information never got stored. Conscious attention before encoding fixes the root cause.

Craik & Lockhart, 1972 · levels-of-processing framework

🔬

Practice games

Our games map to classical paradigms: Stroop (1935), Corsi blocks (1971), Wechsler digit span (1939), Benton fluency (1976), face-name binding (Brooks 2019).

Honest answers

The questions people actually ask

Is this for someone with early dementia or Alzheimer's?

No. EasyBreezyMind is an educational wellness program for healthy adults who notice age-typical forgetfulness. It is not a treatment, diagnosis or substitute for medical care. If you or someone you love has progressive cognitive decline, work with a neurologist or geriatric specialist — and consider this method as a supplement, not a replacement.

How is this different from Lumosity, BrainHQ or Elevate?

Those apps focus on game scores. We focus on transferable techniques: the memory palace, spaced recall, attention anchoring — methods used by memory champions and validated by peer-reviewed research. The 5 practice games measure your progress, but the real work happens in the 8 weekly technique modules.

I'm not great with computers. Can I use this?

Yes. The interface is designed for adults 50+ : large readable text, plain language, no chat bots, no flashy ads. Most members log in once a day, read a short lesson and play one or two practice games. If you can use email, you can use this.

Will insurance or Medicare cover it?

No. We are educational wellness content, not a covered medical service. Many members pay $19/mo themselves; some have it reimbursed through an FSA/HSA — ask your plan administrator if cognitive wellness coaching is eligible.

What's the time commitment?

10 minutes a day, 6 days a week, for 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks, most members continue practising 5-10 minutes a day to maintain the gains. The method is the opposite of "use it or lose it" — it teaches you to use it on purpose.

When will I notice a difference?

In our internal pilot data with the free 7-day mini-course, most participants reported a subjective improvement in name recall by day 4-5. Measurable changes in working-memory span typically appear in weeks 3-4 of the full method. Individual results vary.

Can I cancel? Is there really a refund?

Yes and yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard with one click. If you cancel within the first 30 days of a paid plan, write us within those 30 days and we refund the full amount, no questions asked.
